We aim to ship all orders within 10 working days. Orders are posted via Royal Mail and you will be notified once you order has been processed and shipped. Larger, heavier orders may be shipped via courier.
If for any reason there is a delay in getting your order to you, you will be contacted .
Please Note - All orders are unable to be altered once they have been processed, if you place an order and would like to modify it in any way please contact us straight away at email@example.com and we will do the best we can for you!
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hand pour all of our wax melts and package them in house with lots of love and care so we hope your orders arrive with you in excellent condition and you love your wax melts!
If for any reason your wax melts arrive with you damaged or faulty, please get in touch asap to let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the fault of the product and photo evidence
so we can deal with any issues quickly. Breakages to wax melts during transit does not count as faulty, this is unavoidable. Messages on social media may take longer to reply to. If we require you to return the product back to us for further inspection and do find a fault with the product we will of course reimburse your postage costs ( please keep your postage receipt to be reimbursed ).
Please report any order issues to us within 7 days of receiving your parcel, we will be in touch
within 1 working day.
Unfortunately we are unable to process returns or exchanges if you change your mind on a fragrance,
either on receipt of the wax melts or once they have been burned.
Thank you for understanding that we have to investigate and verify all claims, we are more
than happy to do all we can to make sure you are happy with your Bee Natural Wax Melts and receive
a quality product!
